Does CarryGo sell the products?
No. CarryGo is the online marketplace; independent shops supply the products. For an eligible protected purchase, inspect the item and use the order’s confirmation or problem-reporting actions. Product proceeds and delivery earnings follow separate escrow workflows.
Can I visit a CarryGo office?
CarryGo operates online and currently has no customer-facing physical office. Use Help & Contact and the website’s support chat to reach the team.
Must I buy through CarryGo to receive a delivery?
No. Buy directly from a shop. The shop books and funds the delivery, and an eligible Delivery Partner delivers to you. You do not need to search for the shop on CarryGo or create a buyer account just to receive the parcel.
Does delivery protect money paid directly to a shop?
No. Delivery escrow covers the Delivery Partner fee. Purchase protection requires an eligible purchase order funded through CarryGo purchase escrow.
Can I track without signing in?
Yes. Ask the shop for a valid private tracking link. It shows recorded delivery updates, not live GPS.
What is CarryGo?
CarryGo offers two main services: Delivery for purchases arranged directly with shops, and Purchase Protection for eligible purchases funded through CarryGo escrow. Wallets, tracking, chat and dispute handling are supporting features.
Can I buy from a seller I have not met?
You can find an eligible seller, confirm their shop code and agree the purchase details on CarryGo. Use the platform’s order and payment process, then inspect the item and follow the confirmation or dispute steps shown on your order.
When is payment released?
Product proceeds are released to the seller’s wallet through purchase escrow; delivery earnings are released separately to the Delivery Partner’s wallet through delivery escrow. The required confirmation process, protection period and release checks apply. Confirmation does not necessarily release funds immediately. Purchase inspection and delivery protection windows are normally 24 hours by default. Eligible release can occur automatically after the displayed deadline when no blocking condition remains. Use the available problem-reporting or dispute action before that deadline; chat alone does not pause release.
How do I track a delivery?
Ask the sender for the private tracking link. Open it directly, or paste its 64-character tracking token into the tracking page. A delivery reference alone cannot open a private tracking link.
Who can become a Delivery Partner?
Register for a Delivery Partner account and complete the required identity, Delivery Partner, vehicle and bank-account checks. Once approved, you can browse available deliveries and accept suitable journeys.
How much does a delivery cost?
The offered delivery fee is shown on the delivery listing. Review the route, parcel details, fee and any applicable charges before accepting or funding a delivery. There is no universal delivery price.
What if there is a problem?
Use the dispute action on your order or delivery while it is available. A recipient with a valid tracking link can report an eligible delivery problem after phone-code verification.
Does CarryGo have a mobile app?
You can use the responsive CarryGo website on a phone, tablet or computer. This website does not offer an app-store download.
Need help with an existing transaction?
Receiving a parcel without an account? Use the sender’s private tracking link. If you have an account, open the relevant order or delivery in your dashboard. Its status, conversation and available dispute actions give you the next step.
