SERVICE 01 · DELIVERY

Bought from a shop?
Ask the shop to book delivery.

The recipient does not need a CarryGo account just to receive the parcel. The shop owner creates and funds the delivery listing.

  1. 01

    Agree with the shop

Arrange the item purchase directly with the seller. Give the shop the correct recipient and delivery details.

  2. 02

    The shop books

The verified shop records the parcel, pickup, destination and offered fee, then funds and publishes the delivery.

  3. 03

    A partner delivers

An eligible Delivery Partner accepts the job, collects the parcel and records the required delivery updates and evidence.

  4. 04

    Receive and confirm

Follow tracking and the required recipient confirmation steps. Report a problem before the displayed protection deadline.

Shop owners: book a delivery

Sign in with an eligible shop owner account. For a funded CarryGo purchase, arrange its linked delivery from the order’s Delivery & inspection page.

SERVICE 02 · PURCHASE PROTECTION

Keep your product payment
in the CarryGo process.

Escrow means the product payment is held until the order meets its release conditions. Creating an order alone does not fund it.

  1. 01

    Agree the order

Create and verify your account, including required NIN checks. Choose an eligible seller and record the item, price and agreed terms.

  2. 02

    Fund the purchase

After the seller confirms, follow the wallet and escrow actions on the order. Check that funding is successful before proceeding.

  3. 03

    Receive and inspect

Follow fulfilment updates. Inspect the item and use the order’s confirmation or dispute action before the displayed deadline.

  4. 04

    Follow the outcome

Eligible product proceeds go to the seller’s wallet when release conditions are met. An open qualifying dispute can hold release while it is reviewed.

A FEW IMPORTANT ANSWERS

Before you get started.

Does receiving a parcel require an account?

No. For delivery-only parcels, the shop books the delivery and the recipient follows tracking and any required verification or confirmation steps.

Who pays return delivery for a faulty or wrong item?

The sender pays the return delivery cost when an item is faulty or different from what was ordered. Report the issue through the relevant dispute or support process and arrange return instructions.

Does confirming delivery release all payments immediately?

No. Product proceeds and delivery earnings follow separate release checks and protection periods. Use the status and deadline shown on the relevant transaction.

What if I need help?

Use Help & Contact for guidance. If a transaction has a dispute action, use it before its deadline; asking in chat alone does not stop automatic release.
