CONFIDENCE THROUGH CLARITY

Keep the agreement.
Protect the process.

Verification, escrow and recorded delivery steps work together to support more accountable transactions.

Two services. Two payment flows.

CarryGo is an online marketplace, not the seller of the products. Independent shops supply the goods.

Delivery service: the shop funds the Delivery Partner fee through delivery escrow. The customer may have bought and paid directly to the shop; that item payment is outside CarryGo purchase escrow.

Purchase Protection: the buyer registers, completes identity verification and explicitly funds an eligible purchase order through purchase escrow. Booking delivery alone does not add purchase protection.

For a protected purchase, inspect the product and record confirmation or report a problem through the order’s actions. Eligible product proceeds are released to the seller’s wallet. The delivery fee is handled separately: the Delivery Partner’s earning is credited after delivery confirmation, the applicable protection period and release checks.

Escrow separates a reserved payment from money available to withdraw. Release follows the rules and status of the purchase or delivery, rather than happening simply because someone asks for payment.

Purchase inspection and delivery protection windows are normally 24 hours by default. Confirmation does not necessarily cause an immediate release. Eligible funds may be released automatically after the protection deadline when no blocking condition remains. Always follow the current deadline and actions displayed on your transaction. A qualifying dispute can pause release while the issue is reviewed.

Verification supports informed decisions; it is not a guarantee of product quality or a promise that every transaction will be risk-free.

Protected-purchase checklist

  • Confirm the seller’s shop code.
  • Record the item and agreed price accurately.
  • Use the platform’s payment instructions.
  • Keep OTPs and transaction PINs private.
  • Inspect the item before confirming.
  • Report concerns before the displayed deadline.

Private where
it matters.

Public tracking shows progress without publishing exact addresses, full recipient phone numbers, Delivery Partner coordinates or private proof files.

Something wrong?
Make it a record.

Use the dispute action on your order or delivery. Recipients can report eligible delivery problems through the private tracking link after phone verification. Include a clear description and relevant evidence.
