Protect a purchase

Choose an eligible seller and agree to the order on CarryGo. Purchase protection starts after you fund the accepted order through escrow.

1. Find the seller and agree on the item, price and fulfilment details.
2. Sign in, complete identity verification and fund the agreed order.
3. Inspect the item after delivery and report any issue within the inspection period shown on your order.
